FAQs

1. I have a problem with the website. Who do I contact?
Please use the contact form below. Note that we do not accept unsolicited materials for Wuthering Dragons and we are not in a position to accept SEO boosting opportunities at this time.

2. I have a suggestion or pitch. Will you take it?
No. Wuthering Dragons is itself a pitch and a prototype. Shawn Crawford and his team is working on pitching this idea to major studios, agents, and venues. Let us pitch first, and then we will be in a better position to accept your suggestion or pitch.

3. Who puts on "Wuthering Dragons!"? Can I put on my own performance?
Shawn Crawford is working with independent animators to create an animated version of Wuthering Dragons. Once this is released, then we will be commercially licensing "Wuthering Dragons" to many institutes, venues, businesses and individuals. The cost will be based on audience size and performance scope. Please contact us for details about commercial licensing availability.

4. May I send fan mail? May I send a Query Letter or letter of interest regarding a pitch to a person or studio?
Yes, please send fan mail and letters of interest or intent regarding the show using the contact form below.

5. What company or person is developing Wuthering Dragons?
Wuthering Dragons is developed by producer, director, and composer Shawn A. Crawford, who lives in Vancouver, B.C., Canada. There is also a small team of dedicated entrepreneurs who are assisting in getting this project out into the public. Over a dozen independent artists and studios worked on Wuthering Dragons on an anonymous, not-for-profit basis.

6. Is Wuthering Dragons copyrighted?
Can I put on a public performance or a not-for-profit performance of Wuthering Dragons?

Yes, Wuthering Dragons is copyright of Canadian Grizzly Company Amusements. You or your company/group MUST purchase commercial rights before putting on a public performance of Wuthering Dragons. This includes not-for-profit uses. While we did allow public performances in the past, the full soundtrack has now been released and a Libretto is in the works. This means that we now expect productions to purchase a copy of the libretto and soundtrack. Not for profit productions may contact us for a discount or an abeyance of the commercial licensing fees.

7. Who are you pitching Wuthering Dragons to? Will I see this in a Disney film?

Perhaps one day, you will! We are pitching Wuthering Dragons to anyone who will hear it. This has also included not-for-profit venues like churches. Trust us when we say that we are eager to see Wuthering Dragons reach a wide and public commercial audience. We are doing everything in our power to pitch this idea to big studios like Disney.
